Apple is, with every release of iOS, increasing the integration of the iTunes Store into the Music and Video apps.
The apps initially gave you the option of visiting the iTunes Store app if you didn't have any music or video on your iOS device. With iOS 5, Apple added a button to the Music app to directly take you to the Store, and, as 9to5Mac reports, iOS 6 now brings iTunes' "Complete my Album/Season" feature to the Music and Videos apps.
Now, in iOS 6, Apple includes a new feature to the redesigned Music app that will make purchasing even faster and easier than before. The new button, which appears at the bottom of albums, is a Complete My Album toggle. Rather than pull the user out of the Music app and into the iTunes Store, the list expands to show the entire album and allows for purchasing the songs directly in the new Music app.
The Videos app is given the same treatment with a Complete My Season feature for buying TV episodes. Completing albums and seasons from right within the Music and Videos apps respectively makes the whole process seamless,`increasing the possibility of this feature being used. By adding this to the apps, Apple is also increasing the visibility of the Complete my Album feature, which was previously available only in the iTunes Store.
