Firefox 13 beta edition released:
Just days after Firefox 12 hit the wires with over 85 improvements, non-profit firmMozilla has tonight also released Firefox 13 (Beta) for those on OS X, Windows, orLinux.
Carrying with it 72 improvements relating to browsing speed, the new update weighs in at 32MB and is available for download immediately using the direct links we’ve embedded right after this
When the browser is initiated or restarted, tabs aren’t reopened by default, [...] The SPDY protocol is now enabled by default, which also helps with the speed of surfing overall, and the standard homepage has now been changed with better navigation and access to your important areas such as bookmarks.
